En appui sur une revue de littérature et sur la théorie du comportement planifié (I. Ajzen et M. Fishbein, 1980), nous proposons une typologie et un modèle explicatif des comportements adoptés pour conclure sur les limites de notre approche ainsi que sur ses apports pour la formation des managers. |

| Summary, etc. | The aim of this article is to provide a grid of intelligibility of the managers’ reactions confronted to the externalization of beliefs or religious affiliation at work. Based on a review of the literature and on the theory of planned behavior (I. Ajzen and M. Fishbein, 1980), we propose a typology and an explanatory model of adopted behaviors to conclude on the limits of our approach and on its potential contributions to the training of managers. |
