Summary, etc. |

Summary, etc. | Stealth and archetype of The Shadow. A link between psychoanalysis and management? This paper examines the link between psychoanalysis and management. Stealth behaviors (hidden, secret and fast) are not seen as such at work. With the framework of a qualitative study, we identify this behaviors perfectly, and attribute their key importance in decision-making and action selection. Then, we examine stealth with the Jung’s archetype of Shadow, opening a way between psychoanalysis and management, rationality and shadow. |
