Le créateur de l’enseigne, coiffeur implanté dans un salon unique, étend son activité en multipliant les points de vente. Il y associe sa première coiffeuse. Bien souvent le montage juridique de ces structures est identique. Le propos de cette contribution est de montrer que les pratiques dolosives et une forme de fétichisme, en constituent le fondement. Cette combinaison, appuyée par la loi, permet de manipuler l’employée en toute légalité. |
