Pour finir, l’auteur invite à reconsidérer les modalités de l’intervention sociale à partir de logiques d’ empowerment permettant aux acteurs concernés de s’émanciper de ces contraintes. |

It emphasises the misuse by public policies and the resulting consequences for the beneficiaries of social action. Finally, the author calls for a re-examination of the modalities of social intervention based on empowerment logics allowing the actors concerned to free themselves from these constraints. |
