C’est donc l’occasion de faire conjointement le point sur cette chirurgie par un expert médical dans l’évaluation du dommage et un chirurgien bariatrique spécialisé toujours en activité. Le cadre réglementaire belge des indications opératoires et du bilan multidisciplinaire pré-opératoire, les principales complications postopératoires à court et à long terme et l’indispensable suivi au long cours des patient(e)s sont soulignés. |
