| Summary, etc. | Créée par la loi du 3 décembre 2017, l’Autorité de protection des données est responsable du contrôle du respect des principes fondamentaux de la protection des données à caractère personnel, et en particulier du Règlement général sur la protection des données (RGPD), adopté par le Parlement européen et le Conseil le 27 avril 2016 et applicable en Belgique depuis le 25 mai 2018. Elle a prononcé le 27 août 2020 une décision qui intéressera non seulement les juristes, mais également, voire plus encore, les médecins experts. |
