Observant que l’incapacité de travail, telle qu’elle est définie, est en réalité insaisissable par la science, elle soumet au débat l’opportunité d’un barème qui intégrerait les choix sociétaux implicites de l’évaluation, rendant à l’expert sa vraie place dans la procédure. |
