| Summary, etc. | Depuis 1963 et l’ouverture de sa première mission médicale en Afrique, la Chine a développé une politique sanitaire qui est en grande partie le miroir des contextes chinois de ces dernières décennies. Instrument de sa politique étrangère puis de ses priorités économiques et commerciales, la santé est l’une des modalités privilégiées dans l’aide au développement fournie sur le continent africain. Souhaitant devenir une puissance normative, la Chine a progressivement rejoint les projets des organisations sanitaires internationales, l’OMS en premier lieu, en pratiquant non pas une, mais des médecines chinoises. Cette politique sanitaire de la Chine en Afrique, qui enchevêtre plusieurs offres, préfigure potentiellement l’avènement d’un nouvel ordre sanitaire international, sinisé. |
