Nous examinons à partir d’investigations empiriques d’abord les stratégies de nouveaux entrants sur ce marché des robots conversationnels et leurs places dans les dynamiques du capitalisme. Puis sont étudiées les conséquences de ces stratégies sur la communication organisationnelle. L’accent est mis sur le rôle de l’humain dans le développement de ces dispositifs, les récits soutenant le renouvèlement des relations avec les publics, ainsi que les formes hybrides du travail (salariés / intelligence artificielle) ne remettant pas en cause une organisation industrielle de la conversation.

Then, we will study the consequences of these strategies on organizational communication.
