Interventions, dispositifs, lois qui évoluent au fil des périodes mais aussi des conceptions et des théories. Cet article vise à repérer les points de débat clés qui mobilisent ce champ et ses acteurs, à savoir : l’enfant et le parent. Parmi les nombreuses approches conceptuelles pouvant représenter des ressources pour penser l’enfant protégé et ses parents, certaines vont être mises en perspective au regard d’axes transversaux que sont la participation, la conception des besoins et la considération des perspectives des enfants et des parents. |
