| Summary, etc. | Différenciation et subsidiarité marquent l’année 2020 dans la protection de l’environnement, qui s’appuie toujours davantage sur les collectivités territoriales, mais aussi sur l’État déconcentré. Tel est en effet le sens des principales mesures nouvelles visant à lutter contre le mitage des espaces forestiers en Île-de-France, concernant la gestion de l’eau, ou encore la lutte contre le gaspillage et la promotion de l’économie circulaire. C’est ce dont la jurisprudence a pris acte, en confirmant l’intérêt à agir des pouvoirs locaux, dans de nombreux domaines. |
