Il apporte une confirmation à l’idée classique d’une corrélation entre l’épisode des noces de Cana et la crucifixion de Jésus. Il autorise aussi l’hypothèse que certains thèmes ou expressions des textes johanniques (la comparaison de Jésus au serpent, la désignation de Jésus par l’expression « celui-là ») pourraient être un écho de la polémique entre la première génération chrétienne et la Synagogue. |
