L’auteur insiste sur la nature existentielle de ce qu’elle nomme le « niveau autistique » du complexe d’Oedipe pour éclairer, au regard de la crainte d’une perte de l’intégrité corporelle, la nature particulière du conflit entre la tendresse et la cruauté qui se manifeste alors dans le transfert. L’auteur distingue deux situations selon que la capacité de s’identifier à des figures parentales indemnes et de les intégrer dans la bisexualité psychique a été suffisamment élaborée ou non, préalablement à cette période, puis elle discute des ajustements techniques qui en résultent pour la conduite du traitement. |

The author concludes with a discussion of the technical implications that this has for treatment. |
