| Summary, etc. | Il y a un véritable changement de métaphysique dans la pensée de Ravaisson entre la perspective initiale qui attribue à l’habitude la fonction de garantir la continuité de l’esprit et de la nature et la métaphysique du don ou de l’amour des derniers textes : la loi universelle de l’être n’est plus la persistance ou la persévérance, mais la libre communication de soi. Cette nouvelle métaphysique ne se manifeste qu’à partir des années 1860 dans les publications, mais des manuscrits permettent d’en repérer une maturation bien plus précoce. Dans cette évolution, le rôle de Schelling, mais de bien d’autres aussi, est à prendre en considération. |
