520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This article aims to define the organizational loyalty of volunteers and its limits. It is based on an exploratory study concerning two associations with a common social mission: Artisans of the World and the Red Cross. Twenty-two semi-structured interviews were conducted, which revealed three dimensions of organizational loyalty and its specific limits. We then classified volunteers based on the identified profiles of loyal volunteers. Finally, managerial recommendations are proposed thanks to the use of technical tips from marketing and human resources.
