Being a loyal volunteer in the "not-for-profit” system

Twenty-two semi-structured interviews were conducted, which revealed three dimensions of organizational loyalty and its specific limits. We then classified volunteers based on the identified profiles of loyal volunteers. Finally, managerial recommendations are proposed thanks to the use of technical tips from marketing and human resources.
