À travers la situation clinique d’une jeune de 12 ans, nous étudierons d’abord dans quelle mesure un travail psychocorporel en dialogue avec la pratique psychiatrique a permis de repenser le diagnostic initialement posé, puis nous évoquerons ensuite les axes majeurs de la prise en charge, amenant à la question du dévoilement, de l’ouverture au monde et du contact. Nous étudierons les effets de ce travail sur les questions de différenciation, de séparation et d’individuation au monde environnant et à l’égard des adultes tutélaires. |

| Summary, etc. | Separation and individuation, fundamental concepts in clinical practice with adolescents, enable the construction of a differentiated representation of the self. Using the clinical situation of a twelve-year-old girl, we will explain how the psycho-corporal approach, in dialogue with psychiatric practice, enabled the initial diagnosis to be rethought.
