Avant l’intervention des grands clubs nationaux, les mouvements scouts sont pour beaucoup dans un premier apprentissage de la vie sous la tente. Les autochtones restent toutefois, jusque dans les années 1950, plutôt circonspects devant ces touristes déroutants. |
