| Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cet article est de comprendre comment des professions médicales dans un contexte de pratiques éclatées entre de nombreuses spécialités et dispersées entre plusieurs établissements et services parviennent à collaborer sans bases préalables de coopération et sans l’appui de leaders médicaux ou des gestionnaires d’établissements. Pour cela, nous mobilisons les théories relatives aux communautés de pratiques en lien avec les réflexions sur l’apprentissage collectif. Cette approche nous permet d’enrichir l’analyse en termes de coopération interprofessionnelle dans un contexte complexe. |
