Les pulsions perverses souvent partielles trouvent leurs origines tôt dans les traumatismes de l’enfance. L’autre est vécu comme dangereux, à éliminer. Il faut tuer l’autre pour exister. La haine, l’envie, sont des sentiments dominants de la sensibilité perverse. Le pervers ne peut appréhender l’autre dans son altérité. La perception du réel est déformée dans le sens négatif. Il fait agir les autres pour protéger son narcissisme et son image de marque. Le pervers reste aveugle devant l’évidence et génère l’impossibilité de penser. Parmi les approches thérapeutiques toujours difficiles, nous donnons l’exemple d’une utilisation de l’image connue, support aux projections des parties de soi-même intolérables. |
