Enfin, constatant que les gens ont majoritairement choisi la sécurité avant la liberté, elle esquisse trois types de stratégies de résistance face à l’appareil répressif et sa dynamique circulaire dans laquelle le besoin de sécurité et les usages politiques de la peur se répondent indéfiniment. |
