Summary, etc. Résumé La psychanalyse a permis de mieux comprendre les enfants autistes dans leur psychopathologie et de les accompagner dans leur développement subjectal. Mais ces chemins ne peuvent être tracés sans à la fois une rencontre à un moment donné avec les institutions, et un retour sur l’image du corps. Pour éclairer les modes de fonctionnement des premières, l’auteur a recours aux trois fonctions phoriques, sémaphorique et métaphorique. La constellation transférentielle est un des modèles institutionnels de leurs articulations. En ce qui concerne le corps, c’est la grille de lecture proposée par Geneviève Haag qui est utilisée comme matrice organisationnelle du costume thérapeutique sur mesure.
