Après avoir révoqué les propositions des programmes fonctionnalistes, cet article examine d’une façon critique celles, très innovantes, du programme naturaliste/mécaniste. Il s’agit, sur la base d’expérimentations, de voir les limites du facteur de mémorisation et la façon dont il peut être complété par les facteurs d’évocation et de crédibilité. L’intention est de parvenir à un modèle mixte qui rende justice au caractère hybride des phénomènes cognitifs qui résultent d’invariants de la pensée individuelle et de la variabilité des données sociales. |

After calling the proposals of functionalist programs into question, this article considers critically the highly innovative naturalistic/mechanistic program.
