Rempart contre l'extension démesurée des prérogatives des autorités répressives comme au développement d'une dynamique de rigidité punitive, le juge pénal ne pourra quitter cette position périlleuse qu'au bénéfice d'une nouvelle politique criminelle, qui renoue avec l'idée « révolutionnaire » de sûreté. |
