| Summary, etc. | L’auteur s’interroge sur la survenue du burn out qu’il classe au sein des nombreux embrasements dépressifs, en lien avec notre société occidentale. Pourtant, à la différence de la dépression, le travail occupe toute la scène centrale du discours comme cause du mal-être. Il s’agit, dans une perspective psychopathologique et diagnostique, de pouvoir repérer le sens des symptômes partagés avec la fatigue par exemple. Il a été observé chez les sujets présentant un burn out que prévaudrait une adaptation extravertie univoque. Le psyché-soma des personnes concernées, parce qu’il est aussi lié à l’identité, prendrait le relais d’une expression de soi prise dans les filets de la massification des tendances de la personnalité. Il est ici suggéré que la dialectisation des différends professionnels, dans le cadre de dispositifs rigoureux aptes à la mettre en œuvre, puissent jouer un rôle de prévention en matière de santé au travail. |
