| Summary, etc. | Résumé Si les secrets de famille peuvent être portés sur plusieurs générations, subissant au cours du temps des déformations, puis un « oubli » recouvert d’un silence pesant, d’autres sont construits autour d’un fait récent et emprisonnent leurs différents acteurs. La force du secret repose alors d’abord sur le fait qu’on ne peut révéler qu’il existe, bien plus même que sur l’interdit d’en révéler le contenu. L’auteur présente un cas clinique illustrant une approche qui a permis de libérer une patiente (et sa famille) du poids d’un secret sans que celui-ci ne soit révélé. |
