The first concerns the effects of different types of colonization and questions the commonly accepted idea that settlements were less harmful than exploitation colonies. The second argues for a fine-tuned consideration of the colonial legacy at the local level when analyzing current structures. Finally, the third takes up the question of the North-South model of cooperation. |
