The sanctions taken are subject to control by the Council of State in application of a praetorian jurisprudence that has never been challenged. Such competence as a judge of cassation is not without question when one examines the organization of disciplinary measures for administrative magistrates who benefit from a significantly different regime whose transparency leaves a lot to be desired. |
