First,he sketchs a panorama of the evolutionof links between sociopsychology andtraining, as they appear from the analysisof the contents of the review Connexionsduring the last thirty years. Then, heshows how much the recent history oftraining has been characterized by a continuous process of rationalization. Thishas taken form in the growing influenceof procedures imported from the engineering sciences and has shaped the relative loss of influence of sociopsychology.Finally, he sets out clearly the impassethat this unlimited movement of rationalization leads to, and the role that clinicalsociopsychology can play in reinventinganother way of training. |
