Les résultats de l’étude présentée montrent des remaniements dans le mode de fonctionnement de l’appareil psychique familial du patient cancéreux : effraction, fragilisation, angoisse permanente, manifestations dépressives, mécanismes de défense tels que le clivage, l’évitement, la rationalisation, conduites réactionnelles, etc., qui sont liés à cet éprouvé subjectif du diagnostic positif de la maladie par la famille. Par conséquent, les dits résultats peuvent être exploités dans la prise en charge du patient cancéreux et de sa famille. |
