Le suivi minutieux du fait divers qui est proposé – la disparition de deux bovins d’un exploitant – permet d’accéder aux discussions proprement juridiques que soulève cette affaire et aux difficultés rencontrées par les personnels. Ce faisant, il s’efforce de mieux comprendre la nature et la place des activités des agents. Car s’il s’agit ici de considérer avant tout le droit comme un travail, un processus long et patient assurant le passage des textes aux décisions, l’enjeu de l’article est aussi de montrer que ce travail demeure partiellement effacé autant par l’organisation que par les approches sociologiques classiques qui en proposent généralement l’analyse. |
