| Summary, etc. | Dans cet article nous chercherons à préciser la rupture qu’a pu connaître, depuis 2002, la justice des mineurs en France et les conditions de la montée en puissance de la seule voie de la pénalisation des comportements des jeunes et l’emphase mise sur les mesures privatives de liberté pour résoudre la question sociale que peut, aujourd’hui, poser la jeunesse. Puis nous nous attacherons à analyser le rôle des mesures alternatives et la transformation de leur principal objectif au moment de leur apparition : limiter le recours au pénal. Enfin, nous nous pencherons sur la juridiciarisation des relations d’aide, de soutien. |
