| Summary, etc. | Pour entrer dans un monde plus résilient, il convient de s’affranchir des fragilités du système qui nous a conduit à cette crise sanitaire. Construire cette rupture nécessite d’organiser l’intelligence collective. La meilleure façon d’organiser cette dernière est de dépasser la démocratie libérale représentative pour entrer dans une démocratie radicale. Celle-ci réclame plus de délibération entre sujets réflexifs et non plus de connexions entre identités numériques. En effet, les dispositifs numériques en place pallient à la non communication liée au confinement, mais ne réduisent pas l’incommunication. Pire ils produisent trop souvent de l’excommunication. Surtout, le solutionnisme numérique qui accompagne le déploiement de ces dispositifs remet en cause l’idée même de démocratie en renforçant un régime d’historicité qui fait de la servitude numérique un présent indépassable… |
