520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Involving employers, employees, and complying with occupational health and safety (OH&S) regulations, researchers have developed a critical theory of the notions of risk and expertise underlying these regulations. This article examines ways in which psychosocial risk prevention (PSR) specialists use occupational health methodologies. Using an original survey method and studying theories and interventions, the article shows that OH&S laws are in fact the specialists’ basis for inviting stakeholders to debate the work. Laying down OH&S law also allows the specialist to emerge from role confusion, affirms their legal identity, and bolsters legal arguments for improving workplace health.
