Drawing on the work of Paul Ricœur, the author situates ethics as an essential third pole in the practice of psychotherapy. He indicates the illusion and the risks of taking a position that isn’t based on individual responsibility. This charter binds us to the principals of our professional sector and offers us a common reference by which we can question our practices.
