520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. One of the essential questions of severe delirious episodes during adolescence is how they will evolve, in that the episode may be unique or may indicate the beginning of a pathological process. In this article we hope to clarify this symptom formation through a psychodynamic perspective starting from the connections which exist between delirious belief and splitting. An illustration is proposed using projective tests with two clinical examples in a longitudinal test-retest context.
