| Summary, etc. | Introduite dans l’appareil de formation professionnelle continue français avec la loi du 5 septembre 2018 pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel, l’AFEST rompt avec le modèle dit « séparatiste » prédominant dans les relations formation et travail depuis 1971. Comment cette nouvelle modalité pédagogique affecte-t-elle les acteurs de la formation ? Pour amorcer une réponse à cette question, nous nous focaliserons sur les entretiens de formateurs/formatrices travaillant en organisme de formation, et ayant participé à une courte expérimentation incluant des AFEST à destination de personnes en recherche d’emploi du Nord et du Pas-de-Calais. |

Therefore, how does this new pedagogical modality affect the actors of the vocational training sector ? To begin to answer this question, we will focus on the interviews of the trainers who took part in a short experiment involving training actions in the work situation for jobseekers living in the Nord and Pas-de-Calais area. |
