Deux cadres de l’action sociale territorialisée analysent au quotidien cette désorganisation puis la mise en place de nouvelles modalités de fonctionnement et leur impact auprès des usagers, des professionnels et des personnels d’encadrement. Le télétravail est analysé, à chaud, du point de vue des travailleurs sociaux et des cadres. |
