Il tente de combler un déficit en ce qui concerne des travaux monographiques sur ce terrain dans une perspective à la fois généalogique et dynamique et constitue un réel apport, concernant un et même des pays (référence au Bénin) qui sont rarement cités à ce propos.L’intérêt de l’article réside dans sa posture de déconstruction des discours et représentations lénifiantes, tout en suggérant des pistes de réflexion pour repenser le dispositif d’aide à la presse au Sénégal tel qu’il fonctionne depuis 1996. |

It attempts to bridge the gap in terms of monographic work conducted on this field with a view to both their continuity and dynamics. As such, it is a real contribution on one country, namely Benin, and even several others, rarely mentioned in suchlike works.The interest of the article lies in its approach to deconstruct the mollifying discourses and representations, while suggesting new avenues worth exploring to rethink the press aid mechanism in Senegal as it operates since 1996. |
