Certains passent à l’acte suite à une dimension traumatique qui a été sexualisée, d’autres à cause d’une problématique incestueuse majeure non résolue ; pour d’autres, la jouissance destructive est tout simplement recherchée. Face à cette clinique multiple qui peut nous donner parfois le sentiment d’être impuissant, il nous faut être capable de dépasser des affects qui viendront se loger dans la prise en charge : rejet, dégoût et colère. |
