| Summary, etc. | Pour faciliter le soin en hôpital de jour des enfants, l’alliance thérapeutique entre les parents et les soignants est indispensable. Cet article donne une illustration pratique de certains aspects de la théorie de l’attachement par le témoignage d’une éducatrice spécialisée. Les difficultés à « prendre soin de ceux qui prennent soin » incitent à interroger les apports de cette théorie dans la compréhension des comportements d’attachement : que ce soient ceux des parents envers leurs enfants, envers la structure soignante, mais aussi ceux des soignants eux-mêmes en retour. Cela amène à expliciter les modifications de certaines postures professionnelles. |
