| Summary, etc. | Les conduites d’opposition des mineurs appellent de la part de l’institution judiciaire une réflexion sur son positionnement de façon à prendre en compte la dimension psychique de « l’agir ». Il apparaît adapté pour le juge d’incarner une « écoute tripolaire » marquée par une attention aux fragilités du mineur, une volonté de valorisation et une limite interdictrice. Un partenariat systémique et une continuité d’intervention dans le temps sont également des éléments essentiels. Il est pourtant à regretter que les réformes pénales de ces quinze dernières années renforcent uniquement le souci de répression au détriment des autres dimensions |

| Summary, etc. | The oppositional conduct of minors requires the judicial institution to reflect on its positioning in order to take into account the psychic dimension of the “acting out”.
