| Summary, etc. | RésuméDans le travail social, la « professionnalité » est souvent opposée à un engagement affectif dans la relation. Or l’aide éducative à domicile oblige les professionnels à entrer dans l’intimité des familles et à partager des activités quotidiennes, souvent durablement. Ces situations engendrent des échanges où s’entremêlent inévitablement vie professionnelle et vie privée. L’observation ethnographique des relations entre les familles et les « techniciennes d’intervention sociale et familiale » ( tisf) permet de connaître les cadres institutionnels proposés par les employeurs et de comprendre comment se mêlent échanges privés et professionnels. |

| Summary, etc. | In the social work, professionalism is often opposed to emotional commitment in relationship. However, helping families at home in child upbringing requires the entrance of professionals into the intimacy of families and a partake in daily activities, often on a long term basis. Inevitably these situations generate exchanges between professional and private life. The ethnographic observation of the relations between families and family support workers help us understand the institutional frameworks set by employers and the combination of private and professional exchanges. |

| Summary, etc. | ZusammenfassungSoziale Arbeit und affektive Bindungen zu den Klienten schließen sich eigentlich gegenseitig aus. Im Rahmen der häuslichen Erziehungshilfe sind die Sozialarbeiter allerdings, meist über einen langen Zeitraum, in den familiären Alltag eingebunden. Diese Situation führt unweigerlich dazu, dass sich berufliches und privates Leben vermischen. Die ethnographische Beobachtung der Beziehungen zwischen Familien und Sozialarbeitern ( techniciens d’intervention sociale et familiale – tifs) ermöglicht es, vor dem Hintergrund der bestehenden institutionellen Arbeitsanweisungen zu verstehen, in welchen Bereichen genau die private und berufliche Grenze verschwimmen. |
