Mais aussi d’une logique d’acteurs locaux avec différents intérêts et de nouvelles formes de gouvernance, qui dessinent les traits des régimes urbains actuels. L’article analyse l’évolution industrielle de la ville de Madrid, la logique des changements fonctionnels et spatiaux, même que l’effet des plans d’aménagement urbain sur l’intensité et le sens des transformations. |
