La posture gestaltiste permet l’observation et facilite la gestion de la tension entre le besoin de réalisation individuelle et d’appartenance dans l’expérience professionnelle décrite par F.Dubet. Elle soutient aussi le déroulement du processus du cycle du contact vers de nouvelles formes d’actions et réhabilite l’Acteur/Sujet dans la construction collective. |
