Les auteurs montrent à travers un exemple (pilotage de la démarche qualité en EHPAD), que l’approche sociologique et gestaltiste du management est un levier du vivre et travailler ensemble en institution. La posture gestaltiste permet l’observation et facilite la gestion de la tension entre le besoin de réalisation individuelle et d’appartenance dans l’expérience professionnelle décrite par F.Dubet. Elle soutient aussi le déroulement du processus du cycle du contact vers de nouvelles formes d’actions et réhabilite l’Acteur/Sujet dans la construction collective.

The authors show through an example (management of quality assurance in an EHPAD nursing home) that the sociological and Gestalt approach of management is a lever of living and working together in institutions. The Gestalt posture allows the observation and facilitates the management of the tension between the need for individual achievement and the need for belonging in the professional experience described by F. Dubet. This example also validates the progress of the contact cycle processes to new forms of action and rehabilitates the actor/subject in the collective construction.
