Aussi, cet article constitue une sorte d’éloge de la pédagogie en spirale pour panser et penser la co-construction de la prise en charge. Prenant appui sur l’illustration concrète d’une activité pêche, il tend à rendre accessible cette pratique qui appréhende l’usager comme sujet et pousse le professionnel à structurer sa capacité d’écoute et de propositions éducatives loin des positionnements paternalistes ou strictement autoritaires.
