520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | E-learning is compared to a learning model, as long as it continuously improves the employees’ skills. Similar to any investment, it must demonstrate its effectiveness. This research is devoted to the investigation of the factors supporting learning transfer, following e-learning. Therefore, this research primarily aims at highlighting this process. In order to achieve this goal, an exploratory qualitative research, followed by a questionnaire has been managed within the Tunisian companies practicing e-learning as a complementary learning model, which enabled us to develop the impact of the organizational context on the process of learning transfer. The encouragement and the support of the superiors and the colleagues proved a great importance in the stimulation of the learner’s motivation, in order to apply his learning within the work context. Thus, the employee’s capacity to transfer his learning enormously depends on his past experiences as well as on the quality of the social relations within the company. |
