| Summary, etc. | L’amour tragique et « d’hainamoration » entre Verlaine et Rimbaud, fut un amour de débauche, de transgressions multiples jusqu’au drame du 10 Juillet 1873 ou Verlaine tira sur Rimbaud à Bruxelles. De cette « journée en enfer », la vie fut pour Verlaine, par la suite une longue déchéance. Pour Rimbaud celui-ci arrêta de la poésie pour « errer » en quête d’un père absent et manquant, et vers son « adultité ». |

| Summary, etc. | The tragic love and ambivalence between Verlaine and Rimbaud was a love of debauchery, of multiple transgressions, up until the 1 July 1873 drama when Verlaine shot Rimbaud in Brussels. From this « day in hell », life was henceforth a long degeneration for Verlaine. As for Rimbaud, he stopped poetry to « wander » in search for an absent and missing father, and towards his « adulthood ». |
