Summary, etc. | Objectif : évaluer la communication entre le médecin traitant (MG) et le psychiatre (PT) dans le suivi de leurs patients communs. Méthode : étude quantitative, monocentrique de 2018 portant sur les PT et MG de 129 patients. Évaluation de la communication entre MG et PT des patients ayant un double suivi actif confirmé, à travers leurs connaissances du dossier patient. Résultats : le suivi actif mixte confirmé pour 13,4 % des patients. Les MG libéraux connaissaient 53 % des antécédents (ATCD) psychiatriques et des traitements de leurs patients. Les PT connaissaient 66 % des ATCD somatiques et 55 % des traitements de leurs patients. Des situations « à risque » n’étaient communiquées que par 43 % des MG et par 25 % des PT au confrère. Conclusion : la communication et la collaboration entre MG et PT demeure insuffisante. |

Summary, etc. | Objective: To assess the communication between the attending physician (AP) and psychiatrist (PT) in the treatment of patients in common. Method: Monocentric quantitative study from 2018 of the PT and AP of 129 patients. Assessment of the communication between patients’ AP and PT using a confirmed dual active follow-up, based on patient file knowledge. Results: Blended active follow-up confirmed for 13.4% of patients. The APs knew 53% of the psychiatric antecedents (ATCDs) and treatments undergone by their patients. PTs were aware of 66% of somatic ATCDs and 55% of their patients’ treatments. “At-risk” situations were flagged only 43% of the time by APs and 25% of the time by PTs. Conclusion: Communication and collaboration between APs and PTs remains insufficient. |

Summary, etc. | Objetivo : evaluar la comunicación entre el médico tratante (MG) y el psiquiatra (PT) en el seguimiento de sus pacientes comunes. Método : estudio cuantitativo, monocéntrico de 2018 que trata sobre los PT y MG de 129 pacientes. Evaluación de la comunicación entre MG y PT de los pacientes con un doble seguimiento activo confirmado, mediante los conocimientos del dossier paciente. Resultados: el seguimiento activo mixto confirmado para el 13, 4% de los pacientes. Los MG particulares conocían el 53% de los antecedentes (ATCD) psiquiátricos y de los tratamientos de sus pacientes. Los PT conocían el 66% de los ATCD somáticos y el 55% de los tratamientos de sus pacientes. Unas situaciones « con riesgo » solo las comunicaban el 43% de los MG y el 25% de los PT al colega. Conclusión : La comunicación y la colaboración entre MG y PT sigue sin ser suficiente. |
